The Sacred OM Ceremony

The sound of OM is associated with the Big Bang.  OM had stemmed from the time when the Universe was coming into reality. OM as the sound of the creator, which is made of three syllables 'A,' 'U' and 'M'. The sound is sacred and unlike other sounds that are produced after two objects strike together, OM, on the other hand, can produce vibration on its own. It is believed that when a person chants the OM mantra deeply, the vibration emanating from his or her body gets tuned with the soul, and unifies with the One who is beyond this Universe.

This 3-hour ceremony include, somatic movements, aromatherapy, botanical elixir + anointing oil + mist, breathwork, yoga nidra, sound bath, group sharing + integration, organic herbal tea & farm to table vegetarian meal.
