As human beings living in a city, our nervous systems are flooded with impressions and constant stimuli from the phone, the surrounding sounds, our jobs and the external world. In addition to this, our monkey mind, as Buddha called it, is constantly demanding our attention, which makes it hard to believe that we all deserve rest and divine healing. In some moments we may feel present, grounded and safe, and these moments are Magic. This time and space enable us to connect with our Truest selves. We invite you to join Synnøve and Suraya as they welcome YOU into the present moment with some of the most Restorative and Therapeutic ways to ease an active sympathetic nervous system. Both Synnøve and Suraya has dedicated their lives to various paths of healing, wellness and tranquility. They believe that the combination of the healing frequencies from the sound of the therapeutic musical instruments, restorative effect of yin yoga, stillness for the nature around and the feeling of being in a community can help us to relax and center ourselves back within a safe mode of existence.
