A Journey to Embody the Sacred

You are a multidimensional creature. Your awareness manifests on many different planes. 

This 2-day Sound Bath journey with Suraya & her musician friends introduces you to yourself and to live fully and gracefully at every level of your Being. From the yoga postures that strengthen and tone your physical body to the breathing exercises that balance and vitalise your life force, from the meditation practice that quiets and clears your mind to the sound bath for self love and self care that open up an inner world of knowledge and unity. This journey is a holistic system that develops and integrates every part of your personality and by getting to know your Five bodies, airs and the inner Self, you can experience the health and fulfillment of an enlightened life.

We invite you to experience a Sound Bath journey, a retreat to embody the Sacred this November at Altered States! 

Day 1: November 26th // 10:00 - 14:00

• The Five layers of Self: Get to know and understand each layer from the densest to the most subtle parts of you, through Flower Essences, Aromatherapy, Breathwork, Yoga Movement, Yoga Nidra and Sound Therapy to transcend your way back to your true nature—the Self.

Day 2: November 27th // 10:00 - 14:00

• The Five vital Airs: Master the movements of energy within the body to open the gateway of the Self insuring radiant health and well-being through Flower Essences, Aromatherapy, Breathwork, Yoga Movement, Energetic Locks, Yoga Nidra and Sound Therapy. 

All participants will receive a Gift and Reading materials to take home for ritual practice/ceremony. Light refreshments and organic tea will be served.

You'll be accompanied by local musicians Gary Fernandez on the Handpan and Martin Ambrose on the Didgeridoo facilitating alongside Suraya on the Gong.

About the facilitator

Suraya Sam is the co-creator for House of Ascend, a concept born from her vision quest with Huachuma Ceremony alongside her family of Huachumeros in the Sacred Valley of Peru in 2017. She currently resides in Bergen, Norway and is a certified Educator, Trainer and Facilitator with over 12 years of experience in Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Gong Meditation, Gong Nidra and Aromatherapy. Suraya is also a Yoga Alliance continuing education provider with more than 27,000 registered hours. Her teaching ranges from various Yoga and Meditation practices to help guide One to understand the Sacred Science of Yoga and Meditation. She believes in the ability to Master and be in harmony with the layers of Oneself through the power of the Mind, Body and Breath connection.
