Join our co-creators Suraya & Jens Ringefelt for a Sound Journey experience that transports you to another world: one that lies within you. Through an ambitious combination of visualisation, movement, breath-work, sound and meditation, we invite you to CONNECT with your personal Mountain in an intensive, multi-layered session unlike anything we have conceptualised before. 

The Mountain represents a dream that you have given up on, or fear which prevents you from pursuing what you want, or even a personal challenge you are trying to overcome. Its peak, like many things in life, is only visible on clear days, free of fog and clouds. The top of the mountain beckons all who gaze upon it, but for many it seems too far and too high to ever reach. Eventually some of us simply choose to ignore it and let it fade into the background. On this journey we will set our mind to climb this mountain, in seeking empowerment, fulfilment and liberation from the fog of self-limiting constructs...
