Moving slowly and mindfully doesn’t exactly match the goal of a traditional workout. Mindful movement can be incorporated without sacrificing the overall goal of fitness. The concept of mindful movement can be applied in any fitness setting by using sensing, feeling, and adjusting.
A two hour workshop by our Founder, Suraya Sam as she guides you on how to incorporate a mindful movement practice that elicit similar responses in the brain as meditation. You will experience the awareness that emerges through paying attention on the purpose, being present, and non- judgement to unfold a unique experience.
