REMEMBERING THE SACRED
An Intimate Journey of Remembrance, Connection & Wholeness
20–26 May 2027 | Labanoras, Lithuania
An Invitation to Remember
There are moments in life when we feel called to step away from the familiar. To slow down, to listen more deeply and to return to the parts of ourselves that have been waiting to be remembered.
Nestled within the ancient forests and tranquil lakes of Labanoras, Lithuania, Remembering the Sacred is an intimate seven-day, six-night retreat devoted to reconnection, inner exploration and the wisdom of simply being.
Held within the rhythms of nature, this journey invites you to soften the noise of everyday life, reconnect with your body and create space for what is ready to unfold.
Through traditional plant-medicine ceremonies, sacred rituals, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, immersive Sound Rituals and meaningful connection, we explore the cycles of life, the beauty of transformation and the remembrance of our innate wholeness.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you have always been.
The Journey Within
Throughout our time together, we move gently between stillness and expression, solitude and connection, rest and exploration.
Each experience is intentionally woven into the journey, allowing space for reflection, integration and a deeper relationship with yourself and the natural world.
Our days will be shaped by:
Somatic Movement & Embodiment
Gentle, intuitive practices to reconnect with the wisdom of the body, explore sensation and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.
Breathwork & Meditation
Guided journeys into stillness, awareness and the quieter landscapes within, creating space to listen to what the body and heart may be holding.
Sound Rituals & Deep Rest
Immersive sound journeys with crystal singing bowls and resonant instruments, inviting relaxation, reflection and inner listening.
Sacred Rituals & Ceremony
Intentional ceremonial experiences, including traditional plant-medicine practices, that invite reflection on transitions, the cycles of nature and our personal journeys.
Nature & Connection
Time among ancient forests and tranquil lakes, allowing the natural world to become both our teacher and our companion.
Reflection & Integration
Journaling, meaningful conversations and spacious moments to honour what arises and carry the experience into everyday life.
There is no expectation to achieve, transform or become anything other than who you are in each moment.
Simply an invitation to arrive, to feel and to remember.
Held by Nature
Labanoras is a place of quiet beauty, where ancient woodlands, open skies and still waters offer a different rhythm of living.
Here, we allow ourselves to be guided by the natural cycles of the earth. The rising and setting sun, the changing light, the movement of water and the quiet presence of the forest.
Nature reminds us that everything moves in cycles.
There are seasons of growth and seasons of rest. Moments of expansion and moments of returning inward.
And within every cycle, there is wisdom.
An Intimate Gathering
With just 12 spaces available, Remembering the Sacred is intentionally designed as a small and personal gathering.
A space where each person can be seen, heard and supported, while remaining free to honour their own pace and experience.
We come together not to escape our lives, but to deepen our relationship with them.
To share, to witness, to rest and to remember the beauty of being human.
The People Holding This Journey
Remembering the Sacred brings together a collective of facilitators from Peru, the UK, Poland, Lithuania and Norway, each bringing their own experiences, wisdom and unique approach to holding space.
Though we come from different parts of the world, we share a common intention: to create a meaningful journey rooted in presence, connection and remembrance.

REMEMBERING THE SACRED
The sacred is not something we need to search for outside ourselves.
It lives within the breath, the body, the earth beneath our feet and the quiet moments when we allow ourselves to truly listen.
Perhaps what we have been seeking has been within us all along.
And perhaps all we need is the space to remember.
Some journeys take us somewhere new. Others bring us back to the parts of ourselves we have always known.
