This 3-hour House of Ascend experience, you will be guided on a journey beyond time and mind, during which we will activate and receive the wisdom of the body. Journeying tools include vibrational healing in the form of guided breathwork followed by a sound bath. This combination of breathing sound medicine allows for deep release, rest, reprogramming, and renewal on a cellular and energetic level.
