Full Moon Ritual

A full moon is held to be a powerful time for meditation, energy healing and recharging human energy field and Chakras. It’s a time-honoured tradition, tracing back to many ancient cultures that used rituals and ceremonies taking place during full moons.

During this practice, cleansing rituals, intuitive grounding flow, chakra meditation, aroma and sound therapy are introduced to release vibrations, frequencies or energies that do not help our efforts so we can make space for new energy field to help us overcome the obstacles in our path. This practice requires discipline, determination and time.
