A three hour workshop by our Founder, Suraya Sam as she guides you on how to incorporate conscious breathing in your daily life. Remember the way you breathe mirrors what is going on in your body—your thoughts and feelings, whether you are still or on the move.

By taking control of your breathing, you can influence your thoughts and feelings, your internal organs, such as the heart and brain, and your bodily functions such as muscle movements, digestion and the immune system.
