Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

In this session, you will be introduced to the benefits of Reiki and what you can expect in a Reiki treatment or workshop. You will have a chance to clarify any questions you might have about Reiki and gain a better understanding of this amazing healing therapy. The session also includes a “Heart Attunement” to Reiki where you will be able to experience Reiki flowing through your hands.

You will then be led into a healing Reiki meditation and share, so that you can experience the wonderful Reiki energy flowing through you as you treat yourself and your friend. Following this session, you will have a couple weeks to play with the energy and see for yourself how the healing can change your life.
