About
The essence of Yin yoga is surrender. This 75 minute practice focuses on postures that lengthen the muscles surrounding the hips, pelvis, and lower back. You typically hold these postures for 3-7 minutes per side in order to lengthen the connective tissue that surrounds the joints and increase its elasticity. We invite you to support your nervous system with slow, long-head postures blended with breathwork in this calm-inducing Yin practice.
Yoga mats, blocks and bolsters are provided.
