The afternoon will begin with sipping organic Peruvian cacao husk tea whilst Suraya Sam does a brief discussion of the importance of setting intentions with the energy of the New Moon. Suraya & Jens will then lead you to a guided Chakra meditation on Manifestation followed by an immersive sound journey with Gongs, Handpans, Crystal Singing Bowls and other instruments curated to help relax the mind, ease the body, and get you into deep states of bliss. We will seal the afternoon with a Fire ceremony to honour the New Moon.
