The Alchemy of Breath Ceremony: Healing Inner Child

Everything is vibration - tuning into our resonance using breath and sound helps us to reclaim, reframe, and rewild our bodies and minds. Just as the fascia connects the physical body, the unseen frequency of breath and sound waves are the mycelium that connects all beings: human and non-human, micro and macro, including the Earth and the Sky themselves.

Your inner child is an inner part of you stuck in an emotionally overwhelming event, whatever age that was. The emotional pain is always felt in the present moment.

This 3-hour House of Ascend experience, you will be guided on an inner child  journey, during which we will activate and receive the wisdom of the body. Journeying tools include vibrational healing in the form of guided breathwork followed by a sound bath. This combination of breathing sound medicine allows for deep release, rest, reprogramming, and renewal on a cellular and energetic level.
