Super New Moon Ritual

HOA Super New Moon Ritual is an eight hour session that augments Yin yoga, aromatherapy, and sound therapy to take you into a deep slumber. Come align your Chakras, drink organic Peruvian cacao tea, practice meditation and immerse in the sound of both ancient and modern musical instruments - Didgeridoo, Gongs, Crystal bowls and Handpans.

We will provide blankets, bolsters, yoga mats and pillows. For extra comfort, you are welcome to bring along extra pillows or portable light mattress. We recommend that you bring along your silk pyjamas, eye-pillow and a journal for this special event. We will be serving fruits, organic Amazonian cacao tea all night, and light breakfast after sunrise flow.
