You are invited to immerse in a 90-minute restorative sonic experience facilitated by Suraya where Yin Yoga is brought to a new level with Gong Therapy, Aromatherapy and Pranayama. This practice, is accessible to all, but regardless of your level of experience this practice invites you to go deeper and find new space in your Mind, Body and Breath in held postures.
