Breath & Sound Ceremony

Welcome to a breath & sound ceremony with Suraya Sam & Sofie Jansson.

At this event we will combine our wisdom and experience about breathwork, sound and healing rituals into a deep journey within yourself and your subconscious. By connecting with nature in a sacred space, we invite you to let go of what is ready to be released and light up a new space of harmony within your body and soul.

Suraya Sam has many years of experience of yoga, meditation, aroma therapy and gong nidra & meditation. She believes in the ability to master and be in harmony with the layers of oneself through the power of the mind, body and breath connection.

Sofie Jansson is an artist, musician and rebirthing breathwork facilitator who has developed a unique style of meditation and visualization. She recieves her inspiration from nature and expresses this connection through tunes, melodies and the power of the voice.

Rebirthing breathwork is a powerful way of releasing emotions and reprogramming patterns & habbits that don't serve us any longer.

This will be a unique possibility to allow a healing transformation to happen within a sacred & safe space.

The ceremony will include sacred rituals, a drum journey, relaxing sound bath, powerful gong therapy and a rebirthing breathwork session.
