A Journey through the Four Directions

The Four Directions also known as the Sacred Wheel, a powerful container for holding our soul in the most authentic and powerful way. Thousands of years ago the Sacred Wheel was used for healing, ritual, and ceremony. 

The energies of the four cardinal directions provide guidance, and structure to the cultures that used them as guides. Today, we can use this framework for living a life more aligned with our soul's calling. It helps us to align ourselves, find balance, create lasting healing, and deepen our understanding of who we are and why are we here. 

The Four Directions is a simple yet complex framework for organising our lives in such a way it allows the freedom to live more into our sacred purpose, authentically and with deep connection.

Over the course of two-weekends, we will meet four times. Each weekend will consist of hands on experience, group discussion, ceremony, ritual, botanical elixir, aromatherapy, chakra therapy, guided meditation, yoga movement, breathwork & sound therapy.

We begin on:

The South Direction - Honesty - Shed the Past

• Recognise your identification to the story that no longer serves you
• Discover how your story has begun to live you
• Tell that old wounded story for the last time
• Shed the story that has become restrictive and limiting

February 5th // 10:00 - 14:00 

The West Direction - Courage - Willingness to See

• Identify the illusions of safety and security you see as reality.
• Release the belief systems you have bought into that aren’t even yours
• Move beyond the fear that keeps you stuck in old patterns
• Learn what unconscious aspects of yourself are actually making your decisions
• Liberate yourself from the family story that is not in alignment with who you really are

The North Direction - Wisdom - Faith in the Journey

• Embark on the journey of all possibilities
• Come back to the essence of who you are
• Learn to trust in the unfolding of the Mystery
• Step out of the cultural, societal, and family roles that say who you should be

The East Direction - Grace - Transcendence

• Transcend old patterns
• Become the Co-Creator you are
• Recognise that you are creating your life every minute of every day
• Stand in your power with all your tools and maps ready to engage your life

About the facilitator

Suraya Sam is the co-creator for House of Ascend, a concept born from her vision quest with Huachuma Ceremony alongside her family of Huachumeros in the Sacred Valley of Peru in 2017. She currently resides in Bergen, Norway and is a certified Educator, Trainer and Facilitator with over 13 years of experience in Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Gong Meditation, Gong Nidra and Aromatherapy. Suraya is also a Yoga Alliance continuing education provider with more than 27,000 registered hours. Her teaching ranges from various Yoga and Meditation practices to help guide One to understand the Sacred Science of Yoga and Meditation. She believes in the ability to Master and be in harmony with the layers of Oneself through the power of the Mind, Body and Breath connection.
